There are so many things that guys can do to enhance their manhood. But before I jump in head first, I just want to say that if women can enhance their breasts with bras and all sort of stuff, men should be allowed to as well. Back to cock-rings: in chemical penis enlargement (chemPE), cock-rings are tightly used right before injections in the attempt to keep the chemicals in the penis so its actions are localized. Without the rings the meds are less effective as they seem to travel out of the penis before full vasodilation takes effect. When a complete erection is achieved with the rings, they are loosened or removed to allow more blood flow and to reduce any pain due to maximum erection.
