Alprostadil Limitations, Enter Papaverine

As I continue to increase the dosage of my injections, reaching the whole bottle in one dose is no longer giving me the rock-hard erections like before. But this has been documented before, and the possible solution is to add a second vasodilator to the mix. The new chemical is called papaverine.

Papaverine has been used in many different applications, but we will concentrate on its use as a pro-erection injection. On its own, it is actually quite weak and painful to inject. The injection site starts swelling as it is injected, so the needle moves with the tissue expansion. But this will be my first time taking it with alprostadil.

The protocol for reduced drug response is delt with by stimulating vasodilation via an additional route. Without going into detail, the papaverine/pge1 mix act synergistically so both doses can be reduced. However, since pge1 is already has reduced efectiveness at full strength, adding small quantities of papaverine to replace the bacteriostatic water used to reconstitute the powdered caverject is my next strategy. However, at this dosage my cost of caverject has reached $150/week. The encouraging fact is that my penis is still growing, and that makes it worth it to go all the way (within reasonable limits).

Rumor is that there is a new erection drug coming to the market soon, and as soon as I hear of it it will be posted here.
