Cold Weather Shrinkage, Anti-Turtle Device Necessary
As the temperature outside becomes lower every week, penises and ball sacks without thermal protection start their inward retraction affectionately called 'Turtle (ing)'. This turtling is enough for most men to hide their penises from on-lookers, as it is the least impressive looking. So here are a few tips for the cold weather:
1.Wear loose, fleece-lined pants. By keeping your lower body warm and maybe slightly sweaty, the shaft elongates and balls loosen up and relax. If you are too warm, consider wearing a cooler top or layers that open up in front. But don't skimp on warm pants though.
2. Sock it up! If wool socks keep your feet warm, get a wool sock for your dick. Trim it down to remove excess materiel, add an elastic to keep it firmly in place, and wear it over your dick like a sock. Choose pants that don't make it seem like you have a sock in your crotch though!

-should be made of a non-thermal conductive material like plastic and silicone (glass and metal will conduct heat away from the penis, causing further shrinkage)
-should be comfortable to wear all day (true for any anti-turtle device)
