New Injection Experiment: PGE-1 Dissolved in DMSO

Following my research into the use of dimethylsulfoxide for penis enlargement, I have only found studies demonstrating the safety of injecting the liquid either intravenously and subcutaneously, as well as our usual method of applying transdermally. DMSO is an organic solvent that dissolves PGE-1 (among many other things) yet unlike water (the usual solvant for injecting alprostadil) it doesn't cause the medication to degrade over time. However (here is the catch...), i have not yet found any documentation of DMSO being injected directly into the penis, nor being mixed with PGE-1. Although it scares me being the first one I know to attempt this experiment, somewhere along the line we need to know if it is possible. If it is, then it could mean a serious advancement in chemical penis enlargement.

Possible outcomes of this experiment could mean that caverject reconstituted with dmso would not need to be refridgerated, and that dmso would not need to be applied topically. Perhaps future experiments will include direct injection of Potaba (potassium aminobenzoate) dissolved in DMSO to increase the collagen unlinking effects. If this is possible, theoretically, chemical penis enlargement could be accelerated and results could be seen in less time.

The desired effect of DMSO on penile cells is vasodilation (which can be synergistic with PGE-1, or not as it untested), as well as collagen softening which can allow expansion of the corpus cavernosum.

Sterilization of the organic solvant and PGE-1 is done using a series of syringe filters that remove particles larger than 0.22 microns, which includes known micro-organisms like bacteria and viruses. The purity of the dmso is labeled 99.99% pure, however I have no way to verify this myself.

Possible problems can arise from mixing the dmso with water to dilute it prior to injection. The initial contact of dmso and water causes an exothermic reaction (the mix generates heat). PGE-1 is a heat sensitive molecule, but perhaps by chilling the bacteriostatic water prior to mixing will counteract the heat that is produced. We will find out soon enough. Perhaps the heat will increase the vasodilation effect inside the penis. So many questions! But does the dmso/pge1 injection need to be diluted with water prior to injection? It sounds like a logical precaution as animal and human experiements do not indicate pure solvant use, only varying concentrations from 5 to 90%.

Concerns for pain is mixed, since dmso is a known analgesic, but if the enlargement is accelerated then pain may accompany the growth. But since the chemical induced erections are already quite painful, this is all relative.

Phenylephrine injection is on hand in case of priapism, which is the protocol for titrating an unknown drug combination. If the erection lasts longer than 6 hours, 75mg of phenylephrine will be injected. This drug is the anti-histamine found in over the counter drugs like benadryl, but injected directly into the priapism it acts within minutes to reduce the internal penile pressure. Only side effect is the nastiest headache in the world, and the feeling of dying. Trust me, I know from experience.

Ok, enough blogging. Time to do my experiment (which has been on the back burner for about 2 years) and face my fears. The gains are incredible should this be a success. But even with the facts that dmso is safe to use, being the one to validate this claim is still nerve wrecking. Wish me luck!
