Prostaglandin E1 and E2 Injection Experiences


So far my bi-mix of the two prostaglandins have gone as expected: pain and sensitivity have increased during chemically induced erections. It will take more time to see if it is has a positive effect on growth, but because PGE-1 already causes pain, I seem to be well prepared for the addition of PGE-2.

PGE-2 allows restructuring of the collagen matrix, which is why it is considered a potentiator for penis enlargement in Dr Adam's PE patent. PGE-2 also causes vasodilation, but is effects when used alone are unknown to me, since I want to supplement my injection of PGE-1, not replace it. My hopes is that growth is accelerated to make the treatment time shorter, and to blast though plateaus with this simple addition.

The ration for this mix is 5 PGE-1: 1 PGE-2. For example, my last dose was 75mcg PGE-1 and 15 mcg PGE-2 in the same 15 IU injection volume. Whether the ratio is effective, we shall see. Perhaps total prostaglandin count is more important: further experimentation is necessary.

I would like to thank Josh for sharing his experiences with the Priapus Shot he recently got; it is an injection of his own blood plasma into his corpus cavernosum. Apparently platelet-rich fibrin matrix is in blood plasma, which contain growth factors that causes penis growth in one injection. More details on this in the next post.

Doing manual exercises such as jelqing while wearing a blood flow restriction band on the upper bicep can help provide a better pump for the arms while working out the shaft. Next on the list is exploring the possibility of using molecular hydrogen to signal more vascular endothelial growth factor, as well as being able to handle a variety of healing factors and antioxidants that are unique to hydrogen, such as being able to affect the gene expressions in a favorable manner.
