Having a morning home workout after my first superfood shake. Developing habits for life takes energy and planning, but that all prepares me mentally for the work I have to do. Wearing a smart fitness watch helps me have fun with learning new technology as well as keep my workout pace. My motivation for March is to cultivate the good habits in my routine and attaching a positive vibe to it. These extra reinforcements (intention, affection and motivation) are the tools that I have at my disposal to assist me in succeeding in my body goals. So happy to have more people ask for assistance and advice on how to do be more healthy and happy. Having dedicated myself to self-maintenance and optimization, it is finally helping others through resonance. What I mean by resonance is that those who are compelled by the attraction of a beautiful body (and hopefully in themselves) will stay tuned for more inspiration and anything that can make this tough journey a lot smoother. Team work and group effort can help all of us achieve the health and the freedom that accompanies it!
