PGE-1 Dose Increasing Towards Maximum Limit
The maximum dose listed on the chemical penis enlargement patent is 500mcg per injection. My current dose of 350mcg doesn't seem to give me the erection strength like it used to, so an increase is inevitable. If and when my dose gets to 500mcg, my options is to go beyond and see what happens, or to add papaverine back to the mix. Since the transurethral dose of Muse suppositories are 1000mcg, I have a feeling that since my dose increase was gradual, there is a good chance that there is no danger if I go slowly. After all, the danger of a priapism is dose dependant, and if 500mcg doesn't do it, then there is a good chance that 600mcg won't do it either (by the time I get to that dose). I hesitate to add papaverine because of its pain-intesifying effects, and by increasing PGE-1 I also benefit from its collagen unlinking properties.
