Prostaglandin E1 and Prostaglandin E2 Bimix Penis Injection Experiment
Preliminary tests for combining the 2 types of prostaglandins for the purpose of penis enlargement started today, and so far a dose of 25mcg PGE-1 and 5mcg PGE-2 intercavernosally has produced the usual erection within 20 mins of injection. The reason for adding PGE-2 to the shot is to add a potentiator for collagen remodelling, and PGE-2 has vasorelaxing effects of its own.
