New Protocol: Penile Deconditioning

It is completely free, and has a pdf called "Chemical Penis Enlargement", which is freely distributed. In this document you will find the how-to manual which is perfect for introducing the use of chemicals with manual exercises, although advanced PE-ers will also learn a few tricks to try.

One of these tricks is to decondition the penis by jelqing only during the dht phase (and only every other day, not everyday like my usual protocol), and no jelqing at all during the finasteride/dutasteride phase. I tested this deconditioning phase a few months ago, and found it necessary to get past my plateau. It is an easy addition to my protocol: do nothing when on the alpha-reductase inhibitor. A good rest for my wrists and hands!

I have recently started taking dutasteride again, and taking a break from jelqing until the dht phase starts again next month. The theory that the tunica toughens and resists jelqing efforts after an extended period of exercise, deconditioning allows the penile tissues to soften naturally due to lack of exercise. When jelqing is reinstated, the tunica is more malleable, and the efficiency of stretches is increased. By the time the tissues begin to toughen again, deconditioning will 'reset' the penis to its previous malleable state, ready to be exercised again after a month or so.

Divocupping during the deconditioning phase helps prevent loss of gains by acting as a retainer, as the stresses it has on the penis is nowhere near the stresses of jelqing. Warming up the penis also prevents shaft retraction, and should also be done daily, even if you don't jelq.

I continue with daily application of dmso/potaba, but this time with a supersaturated solution instead of just a saturated one. Time will tell if this should make a difference. Since deconditioning is done to soften tough penile tissues, dmso/potaba should accelerate the process even further. Supersaturating the solution puts even more potaba at work, which is the reason for this change.

Although laziness makes deconditioning easy, I look forward to jelqing again after a break: symptoms of over-training such as unmotivated exercise can be avoided. A date on my chempe calendar tells me when to start jelging, and I find that I am calculating the days left quite often. Old habits die hard, especially if you are used to jelqing everyday for over 2 1/2 years.
