DMSO and PGE-1 Bi-Mix Preliminary Results
It's been a while since I last wrote, with a few unrelated projects finishing up and requiring undivided attention, but here is what my most recent set of data concerning DMSO and PGE-1 bimix:
In the short term, a PGE-1 injection without pain is still a worthy goal. It seems that it may be closer within our grasp. The only problem is money: with the Christmas season, New Year's Eve and my 3 week holidays in January touring the Philippine Islands, there is nothing left to continue research on a dwindling supply of PGE-1. But there is another avenue of research to explore: the use of iodine to increase the health of the reproductive organs and maximize their efficiency.
But that is best left for the next post.
Until next time!

- DMSO at lower concentrations reduce pain during injection, and has an analgesic effect that wears off before the chemically induced erection is finished. That means the pain becomes apparent before the erection subsides.
- Analgesic duration increases with the increase of DMSO concentration, and warming effect inside the penis right after injection is more noticeable. However, as DMSO concentration increases, the exothermic reaction with the water in the PGE-1 solution increases, which can potentially decompose the heat-sensitive PGE-1 if not injected immediately after mixing the DMSO and PGE-1 solutions in the syringe.
- So far, the DMSO has not been able to mask the pain completely in my tests. I believe that a larger amount of high-concentration DMSO is required to fully explore its capabilities and that, in time, it may be possible to counteract the discomfort of PGE-1.
