Pure DMSO and PGE-1 Experiments Begin Today
After much hesitation to inject pure DMSO into my penis, I finally did it today. The injection volume was small, and the dose rather small as well at 50mcg. Here is what is happening:
1. Administering the injection was painless.
2. 70% erection within 15 mins, which is almost 30 mins faster than 100mcg in BA water.
3. Erection soreness is still present, as usual.
4. Erection hardness at 95% in 25 minutes from injection time. Pain is similar to usual dose.
5. Pain increased, requiring the removal of the outermost layer of constriction to relieve pressure. One cockring remains.
6. Shaft vascularity increased.
7. Penis skin is stretched tightly due to erection strength; pure Aloe Vera was applied topically to moisturize and improve skin elasticity (to prevent stretch marks)
8. Glans seems to be stretched out so that the ridge is less pronounced, and the head itself has turned a slightly darker shade of pink.
9. Penis is generating heat. (Probably due to DMSO's exothermic reaction with water molecules in the corpus cavernosa)
10. Last cockring needed to be removed because of pain after 30 minutes of erection.
11. Flexing the penis is painful.
12. Pain burst indicating the end of erection occurred after 1 hour after injection.
13. Penis goes to 50% erection, is sore and tired.
Remarks:
While previous injections used much diluted concentrations of DMSO, which had a more anesthetic quality, it would seem like PGE-1 in pure DMSO has a more pronounced vasodilating effect, with no anesthetic quality. The combination of water and DMSO molecules may form a complex that inhibit the sensation of pain cause by PGE-1.
Perhaps DMSO and PGE-1 together (without the water molecules), which are both vasodilators, act synergistically to cause a faster and harder erection. There was no numbing effect whatsoever from the DMSO. It seems like the DMSO caused a faster penetration of PGE-1 to the whole penis, since DMSO is an efficient organic solvent and carrier. Heat generation may be caused by the exothermic reaction with water inside the penis, as well as the vasodilation effect causing more hot blood to cause the erection.
I had expected the test shot would have a higher anesthetic effect, but now I know that more experimenting is required to determine the ratios that maximize its pain-killing potential. It is nice to know that pure DMSO can boost the vasodilation of PGE-1.
